2. Trade Accounts Only

Euro Vapour operates on a trade-only basis. By registering an account or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are a business purchasing goods for resale and not a consumer purchasing for personal use. We reserve the right to verify your trade status and refuse or cancel orders where we cannot confirm a legitimate trade relationship.

3. Account Registration

To place orders you must register a trade account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing errors have occurred.

Orders below £250 (net) are subject to a £6 delivery charge for UK mainland addresses.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, BACS, and electronic bank transfer. No surcharge is applied to card payments. Overdue invoices on approved credit accounts will accrue interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Delivery

All orders are dispatched via a tracked DHL service. Estimated delivery times are:

• UK Mainland: Next working day (orders released before 3pm)
• Northern Ireland & Ireland: 2 working days
• Rest of Europe: 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Regulatory Compliance

All products sold by Euro Vapour are manufactured in compliance with applicable UK and EU regulations, including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (UK TPD). It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure they comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction relating to the resale of these products, including age-verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and brand assets — is the property of Ashbe Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashbe Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
